Batschelet, the 24th commanding general of Army Recruiting Command, to talk about his role with the United States Army in recruiting, and what is going on with military recruitment in the U.S. Maj. Gen. Batschelet addresses the process of not only volunteering to serve in the Army, but the processes that they address for those looking to end their military service.
