Welcome Back Jan Scruggs

• The National Defense welcomes back Jan Scruggs, the founder of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, who speaks with Randy about his group's May presentation of a reading of the names of all those who died in service of the United States in the post 9/11 era.
