-First this week, we discuss President Obama's decision to send 30,000 more troops to Afghanistan, and his vow to start bringing American forces home in the middle of 2011. We also talk to Ken Langmade, a member of VFW Post 6587 in Spring Lake Park, Minn. The 13th Psychological Operations Battalion awarded him and his wife, Janette, a special medallion of excellence for all the work he has done for the military unit. Many soldiers receive this medal, but the 13th Psyop has never given it to someone in a local VFW.
